COVID-19 FAQs

To our Loyal Customers and International Family, LLERU remains firm in our prioritization of the health and well-being of our community. We are maintaining regular business operations and our primary objective throughout this period is to ensure we maintain our quality of service at all levels.

Order Processing

LLERU is currently fulfilling all eligible orders at this time. You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order. 

 

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for your items to ship. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are shipped UPS ground. LLERU is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

Please note, All items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return.

 

Returns

If LLERU determines that any products are not in original condition an exchange will not be granted and the items will be shipped back to you.

International orders are not eligible for exchange.
